You can cancel your Shark Shirts order within 24 hours of placement (if the T-shirt or hoodie is not yet printed). After this window, orders are forwarded to our warehouse for shipping preparation.
– Can I initiate a product return?
Shark shirts offers a 7-day money back guarantee if the product is damaged upon arrival or if a misprint occurs. Return the item within 7 days of shipment for a full refund.
– What if my T-shirt’s color or print fades after washing?
If your T-shirt’s color or print fades, provide a picture of the faded T-shirt along with the order ID, and we’ll process a full refund within 24 hours.
– What if the T-shirt size doesn’t match the size chart?
We offer free replacement if the size measurement doesn’t align with our size chart, with a 4% error tolerance. Submit a picture of the received T-shirt’s measurements via WhatsApp or email for verification.
– What if I’m unsatisfied with the quality?
Our T-shirts are made of premium 190 GSM preshrunk and bio washed 100% pure cotton fabric. Refunds won’t be issued for quality preferences.

We commit to delivering orders within 7 business days. Partial refunds are available for production delays, excluding uncontrollable factors like government tax scans, natural calamities, and octroi issues.
